ConLink SS-50
Description:
ConLink SS-50 is a non-solvent based emulsified mold-release agent with incombustibility, excellent stability and storage stability. Besides, it is very easy to be coated on substance surface of releasing. It is a unique and excellent mold-release agent for sealant for car window that many car manufacturers’ favorite in Taiwan for over ten years. It is also economical and efficient besides easy application, environmental protection and free of any contamination, especially corrosion free or non-irritable against the skin for a long period of time, low-temperature operation, quick drying and tasteless.
Application Field:
ConLink SS-50 is suitable for surface release of rubber manufacturers, rubber injection moldings and other industries.
Applications:
1. Please add 30-50% water before using mold-release agent.
2. It can be applied by spraying, coating or dipping.
3. It can be coated on surface of rubber strip directly if it is applied to window strip, strip, weather strip or door window seal strip.
Notice: Please don’t mix with strong acid, strong alkali, a large amount of alcohol and salt when mold-release agent is diluted in the water.
Using ConLink SS-50 can keep elasticity of rubber effectively, extend operating life and prevent cracking problem. Besides, it can avoid products that adhere to each other when finished products are stored.

Safety and Transport:
ConLink SS-50 is not subject to identification regulations under EU directives and is not classified as a dangerous good according to transport legislation. For detailed information concerning data relevant for safety, please refer to the corresponding Material Safety Data Sheet.
Storage:
ConLink SS-50 should be stored in tightly sealed containers and has to be protected from frost, heat and direct sunlight. If these rules are obeyed, the product can be stored for at least 12 months. |
